Joyclyn Lynd, Founder and CEO
Joyclyn Lynd is a proud USAF veteran and experienced senior-level management member who successfully managed multi-million-dollar receivables portfolios and the Order-to-Cash(O2C) process. Her employment experience is in the areas of Logistics (USAF) and Accounting. Joyclyn's principal focus was on Strategic and VIP customer relationships during her previous employment. She has a keen ability to identify customer retention opportunities while striving for optimal results. Her software optimization and migration skills increase cash flow, mitigate risk, and drive operational efficiencies. She has been a critical contributor to firms within the staffing, software, and marketing industries.
